The Sierpe del Pacifico River Lodge will be a 1700 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath structure built on home site # 5 – one of Sierpe del Pacifico’s premier home sites. Designed in Sierpe del Pacifico’s refined rustic style, the lodge will use exotic hardwoods for all support framing, interior framing, interior room paneling, interior trim, exterior trim, and artistic accents, creating a strong focal emphasis. Custom designed for home site # 5, the first and second stories of the river lodge afford a 360 degree view of the surrounding river, mountains, and mangrove reserve. The hallmark of the river lodge will be the second story master suite, with 550 square feet of living space that includes the bedroom, bath and private balcony. The open design of the master suite provides an uninterrupted view of the surrounding landscapes.

The River Lodge also features; a 300 sq. ft. deck on the main floor that overlooks the river, a first floor private deck off the guest bedroom, and a spiral staircase connecting the first and second floors.
