Valley View Home Sites offer views of the wetland and forest preserves and surrounding valley.

Nestled along the southwest side of the front ridge, these home sites have all the charm and features of the sites on the north including mountain views, magnificent sunrises, sunsets, and mid-day and evening breezes. The area transforms into an aviary every morning and evening when toucans, scarlet macaws, and green parrots converge en mass to the tree tops.
